Land surveyor job in Riyadh Saudi Arabia


We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have experience in land surveying, a great attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting surveys of land parcels, mapping boundaries, and analyzing data. To ensure accuracy, quality control measures will be monitored.

Job responsibilities:
• Conducting land surveys of parcels
• Mapping boundaries
• Analyzing data gathered from surveying activities
• Utilizing measurement tools such as total stations, GPS receivers, and electronic distance meters
• Recording survey findings accurately and completely
• Providing accurate estimates of distances between points on the ground
• Ensuring accuracy by following quality control measures
• Assisting in land development projects when necessary

Qualifications:
• Degree in Land Surveying or related field
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor
• Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and rules of measurement • Excellent physical condition with ability to work outdoors for long hours under varying weather conditions • Experience with GPS receivers, GIS software, etc. is preferred • Ability to read maps and blueprints • Attention to detail and accuracy • Good communication skills (verbal & written)

Salary: 1500 SAR/Month (Negotiable based on experience). We are open to consider foreign applicants as well.
