Data Analyst, Dubai (1500 AED/monthly)

We are looking for a seasoned Data Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting and presenting data to inform decision-making and drive business success. The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of data analysis techniques and have the ability to interpret large datasets with accuracy. You must have excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify trends, patterns, and relationships in data.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze business processes and data flow in order to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create reports on key performance indicators as well as ad hoc analyses as requested.
• Collect data from multiple sources, including structured databases, spreadsheets, web-based searches, surveys, customer interviews etc.
• Develop forecasting models to predict future performance based on historical data.
• Monitor industry trends and develop strategies that capitalize on them.
• Present findings in easy-to-understand formats such as charts or graphs for internal use and external presentations.
• Develop best practices for collecting, analyzing, manipulating and interpreting data.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or related field
• Experience with statistical software (SPSS/R/etc.) is preferred
• Strong knowledge of SQL is essential
• Excellent problem solving skills with a focus on accuracy
