Job Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing new oil and gas production systems
- Overseeing installation, maintenance, and operation of production systems
- Developing strategies to maximize production efficiency while minimizing risk
- Maintaining records of production data
- Monitoring performance of existing wells

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field - At least 3 years' experience in the petroleum engineering field
- Knowledge in advanced drilling techniques such as horizontal drilling, directional drilling, etc.
- Proven track record of troubleshooting technical issues related to oil and gas production
- Ability to read maps, charts, diagrams and other technical documents
