Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Restaurant Manager in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer service, menu planning and development, financial performance and compliance with health and safety regulations.

The Restaurant Manager must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the management of restaurants or similar establishments. The ideal candidate is expected to possess excellent organizational skills as well as strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective communication with staff members and customers. They must have an understanding of food safety guidelines and possess the ability to offer creative solutions to challenges that arise in the day-to-day operations.

The successful candidate will be expected to manage the restaurant’s budget, ensure that service standards are met, hire new staff as needed and assist with menu development. They must also be able to effectively motivate their team members while providing feedback on their performance.
