Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This position will involve working with a highly motivated and diverse team in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing staff members. This is a full-time role with a salary of 1500 per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including customer service, cash flow management, inventory control, purchasing/procurement etc.
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction levels
• Ensure staff members adhere to safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Monitor staffing levels and recruit new employees when necessary
• Develop marketing strategies to improve sales performance
• Monitor financial performance of the restaurant and take corrective action when needed

Skills & Qualifications
• Degree in hospitality or related field is preferred but not required
• At least 3 years' experience in a restaurant management role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Outstanding problem solving abilities
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
