Restaurant Manager Position in Dubai

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This position offers a great opportunity to manage and develop our restaurant business. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations for the restaurant
• Lead, motivate and manage a team of staff members
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems for the restaurant
• Ensure that the restaurant adheres to all health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory control and ensure cost-effective operations
• Create a warm atmosphere for guests while maintaining the highest standards of service
• Develop marketing activities to promote the restaurant’s brand
• Monitor sales performance and take corrective action as needed
• Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:
• Experience in hospitality management is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Thorough understanding of food safety regulations • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Immigrant status is welcome

Salary: 1600 AED per month
