Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 900 SAR/Month

We are looking for a talented and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying land and other large properties in order to create accurate maps. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have good technical skills, knowledge of surveying techniques, and the ability to work independently. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys on large properties, including measurements of distance, area, and elevation
• Use specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers to measure distances accurately
• Analyze survey data using GIS software or other software to generate accurate maps of the surveyed area
• Produce detailed reports of survey results with technical drawings and diagrams
• Collaborate with other professionals such as engineers or architects when needed
• Identify any potential difficulties or safety hazards related to the survey process
• Track all changes made on existing maps or plans over time
• Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with local laws and regulations

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor (minimum 3 years)
• Knowledgeable in GIS software, AutoCAD software and other surveying software programs
• Proficient in English (spoken & written)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
• Good problem solving & decision making abilities
• Ability to work independently & as part of a team
