We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. You will be working with a team of professionals to oversee the day-to-day operations of a project from its initiation to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing resources and timelines, providing project progress reports to stakeholders and ensuring that all project objectives are met.
The successful candidate should demonstrate strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. You must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with various teams or individuals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a project from start to finish by creating plans, organizing resources and overseeing implementation of the project. This includes setting deadlines, assigning tasks and monitoring progress of the team members. You will also serve as the point of contact between stakeholders by communicating any updates or changes in the project scope or timeline. Additionally, you will provide effective solutions when conflicts arise during the execution phase by resolving any issues quickly and efficiently.
Duties:
• Develop detailed project plans outlining all aspects of the project including resource requirements, timelines and budget constraints
• Assign tasks to team members based on their individual strengths and abilities
• Monitor progress of each task ensuring that it is completed according to schedule
• Identify potential risks or issues that may arise during the execution phase
• Resolve any conflicts between stakeholders in an efficient manner
• Provide regular updates on progress of projects to stakeholders
• Ensure all objectives are met within allotted budget constraints
• Create post-project reports analyzing successes or areas needing improvement
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred • 5+ years’ experience in Project Management • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word & Excel) • Excellent communication & organizational skills • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams & individuals
Skills:
• Proven track record in successful Project Management • In-depth knowledge of Project Management processes & procedures • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively & multi-task efficiently • Knowledgeable in Risk Analysis techniques • Excellent problem solving & decision making abilities • Strong analytical & interpersonal skills • Outstanding leadership abilities
