Job Title: Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans to achieve organizational objectives, as well as ensuring the growth of existing customer relationships.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly motivated and have a proven record of success in sales management. They must also be knowledgeable about current market trends and customer needs.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve organizational objectives
• Analyze current market trends and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth
• Manage, motivate, and lead a team of sales representatives
• Ensure all sales targets are met or exceeded on a monthly basis
• Monitor performance of each team member to ensure they are meeting their goals
• Build relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required
• 3+ years of experience in sales management is required
• Proven record of success in managing a team of sales representatives
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving, decision making, and organizational skills
• Knowledgeable about current market trends and customer needs
