Job Description:
HR Manager
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1400 KWD

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in the field, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 1 year of experience working in HR management
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications

Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Develop training programs and oversee employee orientation sessions.
• Handle employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other grievances.
• Assess employee performance and provide feedback.
• Develop performance evaluation systems and processes.
• Develop strategies to promote workplace diversity.
• Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, tax filing compliance.
