Position: Florist
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1500 KD/Month

We are looking for an experienced florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have a passion for flowers and a drive to create beautiful floral arrangements. The florist must possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
• Create unique, high-quality floral arrangements with attention to detail
• Advise customers on flower selection, colors, and design to match their needs
• Receive orders from customers over the phone or online and provide customer service
• Prepare bouquets for special events such as weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and more
• Maintain store inventory of flowers, plants and other products necessary for creating arrangements
• Responsible for pricing products and keeping accurate records of sales transactions
• Keep the store tidy, clean and organized at all times
• Assist in loading/unloading deliveries when necessary.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of proven experience as a florist or similar role is required
• Working knowledge of different flowers and their care requirements
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends
