Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified Teacher to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality education in the classroom setting and will promote student learning, achievement, and development.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Design and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all students
• Employ various instructional techniques to meet individual student needs
• Prepare course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments, and handouts
• Develop an instructional plan for students based on their individual needs
• Facilitate active learning activities with a variety of teaching methods
• Grade tests and assignments to evaluate student progress
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
• Encourage students to be active participants in their own learning
• Monitor student behavior in the classroom setting
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ progress
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required
• Teaching certification preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with children is a plus but not necessary
• Ability to establish positive relationships with students, teachers, staff, parents, and administration

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

• Proficiency in using technology for teaching purposes

• Knowledge of current teaching methods and educational pedagogy

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a classroom

• Flexible schedule – able to work evenings or weekends as needed

• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
