CNC Operator

We are a manufacturing company in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates and we are looking for a CNC Operator. The successful applicant will be responsible for operating CNC machines to create precision parts and components. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200 AED per month. We are willing to consider immigrants for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Program CNC machines to produce components according to specific instructions/designs
• Set up and operate CNC machines
• Load materials into the machine, measure and adjust the output as needed
• Monitor machine operations, make necessary adjustments when needed
• Maintain accurate records of all production activities
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot malfunctions as needed
• Follow safety rules and guidelines at all times

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a CNC operator in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings & schematics
• Knowledge of mathematical formulas & techniques
• Ability to operate cutting tools & measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers etc.)
• Excellent manual dexterity & hand-eye coordination
• Good problem-solving skills
