Job Title: Barista
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: 900 AED per month

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at a busy cafe in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills and have a passion for making great coffee. This position is open to non-UAE nationals as well.

Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and determine their coffee needs and preferences
• Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, espresso, macchiato, etc.
• Follow all cafe safety and sanitation policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Receive payments from customers and give appropriate change as needed
• Stock inventory items when necessary
• Take orders from customers in person or over the phone
• Work with other staff members to ensure an efficient operation

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista in the UAE or similar role elsewhere
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Working knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, blenders, etc.
• Outstanding organizational skills
