We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Sommelier to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the world of wine, knowledgeable about the different types of wine, and able to inform and guide customers through the selection process.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide customers with professional advice on the best wines for their needs, provide tastings of wines, and manage the inventory of our wine selection. They must also be well-versed in the principles of food and wine pairing, be customer service focused, and have an impeccable eye for detail.

The essential needs for this role include a good level of education (at least high school diploma), a minimum 3 years’ experience as a sommelier in a fine-dining establishment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational skills, a passion for wines and knowledge of different grape varieties. Candidates must also have strong knowledge on global winemaking regions. A certification from Court of Master Sommeliers is highly preferred but not required.
