Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee drinks and providing customer service in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and customer service skills as well as a passion for coffee and the ability to work quickly and accurately. In return, we offer a competitive salary of 1400 and the opportunity to grow with our business.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Prepare high-quality coffee drinks such as cappuccinos, lattes, mochas, and more
• Follow company recipes and procedures to ensure consistent quality of beverages
• Greet customers warmly upon their arrival
• Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently
• Follow proper cash handling procedures
• Clean workstation before/after shift
• Keep up with current menu items including ingredients, preparation methods, etc.
• Monitor inventory levels of all coffee beans and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment in accordance with health regulations
• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements
• Previous experience as a Barista or similar position is preferred but not required
• Passion for coffee drinks and knowledge of specialty beverages is preferred
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy
• Ability to take direction well
