Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting land surveys to accurately determine the size, shape, contour, location, elevation, or dimension of land or land features. The Land Surveyor will be expected to produce topographical and engineering maps as well as detailed reports on the findings of their surveys. This position is based in Al-Kuwait with a salary of 1100 per month and we are open to considering applications from immigrants.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Land Surveyor will be expected to perform a variety of tasks including: conducting field surveys using surveying instruments; measuring angles and distances for precise calculations; determining the curvature of the earth for precise calculations; locating boundaries and points of reference; calculating heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, areas of features; drawing accurate maps with points, lines, contours symbols; analyzing survey data using computer software programs; inspecting construction sites to check measurements; preparing detailed reports on survey results.

Qualifications & Requirements:
The successful applicant must have a Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field such as Geomatics Engineering or Geography/GIS. In addition they must have at least two years' experience working in surveying/land surveying roles. They must also have excellent knowledge of surveying instruments such as Total Stations and GPS systems as well as experience using GIS software packages such as ArcGIS. A valid driver's license is preferred but not essential.
