Surveyor: Reef Al Fujairah City

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Reef Al Fujairah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of surveying tasks and helping to ensure that all activities are conducted accurately and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding of surveying techniques, a solid work ethic, and excellent communication skills.

The successful applicant will be expected to:
• Carry out land surveys, land plan surveys, topographic surveys, as-built surveys, and boundary surveys
• Use surveying instruments such as theodolites, total stations, and GPS systems
• Prepare survey sketches, maps, drawings, plans and reports in accordance with accepted industry standards
• Ensure accuracy of measurements using mathematical calculations
• Interpret blueprints and engineering plans
• Assist in project planning and support other survey staff as needed
• Comply with all safety regulations when onsite
• Read and interpret legal descriptions of properties
• Assist in establishing boundaries for new developments or subdivisions

Education & Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field required
• 5+ years' experience working as a Surveyor preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of surveying techniques and instruments required.

Salary: 900 per month We are open to considering foreign applicants for this position.
