Job Role: Registered Nurse
Job Location: United States of America (USA)
Interview Mode: Virtual/ Face to Face
Offered Salary: Salary US $ 35 to US $ 45, per hour salary.
Nurses have opportunity to pick up additional shifts, as Overtime.

Patient Care:

• Assessing patients' medical conditions, recording their medical history, and conducting physical examinations.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients, including administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and health status, identifying any changes or deterioration, and taking appropriate action.

Documentation:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, medications, and any interventions performed.
• Recording observations, assessments, and care provided during shifts.

Collaboration:

• Collaborating with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Participating in interdisciplinary rounds and team meetings to discuss patient progress and care plans.

Salary and Benefits:
