We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should be friendly, personable and knowledgeable about coffee brewing and specialty drinks. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this role, although minimal work experience is required.

The Barista’s main responsibility will be preparing and serving coffee beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, macchiato, etc. Additionally, the Barista will need to respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain a clean working area. Other duties may include restocking supplies, cashiering duties and other tasks as assigned by the manager.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills in order to efficiently interact with customers and coworkers. A passion for coffee is also essential as well as knowledge of brewing techniques and specialty drinks. As this is a customer-facing role, the ideal candidate should have great interpersonal skills and be able to handle difficult situations when they arise. The position offers a salary of 1100 AED per month plus other benefits such as vacation days or health insurance depending on qualifications.
