Administrative assistant vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real impact on the success of the company.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work independently and proactively, and have experience with office administration duties. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience of working in the Middle East or who have a good understanding of the culture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, including but not limited to: managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing reports, filing documents, making travel arrangements, and handling other administrative tasks as needed.
