Job Responsibilities:
• Greet customers, take orders, mix drinks, pour drinks and serve them to guests
• Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Follow standard recipes for preparing drinks according to customers' orders
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchasing alcohol
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area at all times
• Monitor levels of liquor and other beverages during the shift
• Ensure that all guests are served according to company standards
• Collect payments from customers or process payments using POS systems
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a bartender is preferred but not required
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Ability to use standard bartending tools such as shakers and blenders • Knowledge of basic food safety standards • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, holidays • Ability to follow health regulations when handling food items
