Job Description:
As Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the department/team. You will create schedules, assign tasks, provide feedback to staff members, monitor performance and ensure goals are met in accordance with company standards. Additionally, you will foster an atmosphere of collaboration among staff members while maintaining high morale. You will also remain current on industry trends and best practices in order to provide the most effective guidance possible.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role preferably within the same industry
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
