Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the day-to-day operations of the organization. As a Supervisor, you will be expected to oversee the activities of subordinates, ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget, manage resources effectively and efficiently, provide reports and feedback as per the requirements of the organization.

Requirements for Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience working as a Supervisor/Manager in a similar industry
• Strong understanding of project management concepts and principles
• Ability to delegate tasks, set deadlines, and manage resources
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
