HR Manager – Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of HR processes. We are open to considering applications from immigrants.

The primary responsibilities of the HR Manager include but are not limited to:
• Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures;
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees;
• Overseeing employee onboarding, training, and development;
• Managing employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary matters, performance reviews;
• Maintaining accurate personnel records;
• Administering payroll and benefits programs;
• Monitoring compliance with labor laws;
• Assisting with budget preparation.

The successful candidate should have at least a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field as well as minimal work experience in the HR field. The remuneration for this position is 1400 AED per month.
