HR manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are currently looking for a HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a passion for people and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

The primary responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to: managing recruitment activities, conducting interviews, developing and implementing HR policies, making sure that all employment regulations are followed, overseeing performance management activities, and providing guidance on employee relations topics. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be expected to identify training needs for existing employees and develop training initiatives to support growth objectives.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field. Candidates with prior experience in an HR role will be preferred. Additionally, the selected individual must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably Arabic as well. A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of management is essential.
