This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and energetic restaurant in Abu-Dhabi. We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will have great leadership and management skills, as well as a thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry. They should be customer-focused and able to handle the pressure that comes with running a busy restaurant.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for all operations within the restaurant, such as staff management, customer service, financial tracking, and operations planning. They will also be held accountable for fostering an environment of teamwork and collaboration amongst staff members. Additionally, they must be able to communicate effectively with customers, resolve any issues that may arise in a timely manner, and ensure that all food safety standards are met at all times.

The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multi-task under pressure. Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not essential – we are also willing to consider candidates from overseas who can demonstrate their commitment to the role.
