Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Security Manager for a prestigious company in Abu-Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a growing and successful organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of the organization, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and managing a team of security personnel. You will also be responsible for providing training and developing new strategies to ensure the highest level of safety and security. The salary for this position is 1300 AED per month, and we are open to considering immigrants for this role.

Responsibilities
- Oversee security operations within the company premises
- Monitor access control systems
- Implement safety protocols and security regulations
- Train and supervise security personnel
- Develop new strategies to ensure highest level of safety and security
- Respond to emergencies in a timely manner
- Cooperate with law enforcement agencies as required by law
- Prepare reports on activities related to safety and security

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or equivalent field
- 1+ years’ experience as a Security Manager or similar role
- Comprehensive knowledge of security systems, regulations, protocols and procedures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams
- Excellent communication skills with strong problem solving capabilities
