Security Manager – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Security Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful applicant will be responsible for the overall safety and security of the premises, personnel, and property.

Responsibilities:
• Create and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Monitor security systems and alarms.
• Respond to any emergency situation that may arise.
• Ensure all visitors to the premises are properly identified and monitored while onsite.
• Train personnel on safety and security procedures.
• Investigate any reported incidents or complaints of theft or vandalism.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure security is maintained at all times.
• Record all incidents in an incident log book for reference.
• Liaise with local law enforcement agencies in case of any serious incident or threat to safety/security.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role is required; previous experience in a managerial role is preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective security systems & protocols is essential; knowledge of applicable laws & regulations is preferred but not required.

Salary: 1800 AED (We are ready to consider an immigrant).
