As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth. You will oversee a team of sales consultants and work closely with other departments to ensure the highest levels of customer service. Your duties will include developing and implementing sales plans, monitoring performance, attending meetings with clients and prospects, analyzing market trends, creating forecasts, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of 5 years experience in sales management or similar roles. You must also have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of increasing sales revenue.
