The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for supervising all cleaning activities and enforcing policies and procedures in order to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the property. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, teamwork abilities, and leadership qualities to effectively manage the housekeeping team. More specifically, you will be responsible for scheduling staff shifts, assigning tasks, and ensuring that cleaning supplies are adequately stocked. Additionally, you will need to monitor the work of all employees in order to ensure that guests receive the best possible experience when visiting our property.

To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience managing a housekeeping staff and be familiar with relevant workplace safety regulations. You should also possess excellent interpersonal skills as it is essential to build strong relationships with staff members as well as guests.
