We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We offer a competitive salary of 1400 per month and are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role. They must be able to manage staff effectively, maintain high standards of customer service and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work under pressure and have the ability to motivate others. They must also have good problem solving skills, be able to make decisions quickly and effectively and show strong leadership qualities.

This position requires the ability to plan, organize, direct, control, coordinate and evaluate operations and procedures with respect to production goals. The successful applicant must demonstrate experience in managing personnel performance, providing feedback, setting objectives, monitoring staff performance and ensuring compliance with company policies.
