Hotel Manager – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait! This role offers a salary of 1200. We are also open to considering immigrant applicants.

The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profits. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong leadership abilities and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

The job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring hotel staff adhere to company policies and procedures
• Supervising staff training and performance evaluations
• Delegating tasks and ensuring all departments are functioning optimally
• Creating cost-effective strategies and plans to improve operational efficiency
• Developing business plans and setting budgets
• Maintaining accurate financial records, including revenue accounts and inventory control systems
• Establishing relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality services at competitive prices
• Developing promotional campaigns to attract new customers
• Analyzing customer feedback surveys in order to improve services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field • Extensive experience as a hotel manager or similar role in the hospitality industry • Strong understanding of budgeting principles and ability to create effective business plans • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts quickly • Proficient with computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
