We are currently looking for a Baker to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of all bread, pastries, cakes and other baked goods. This position offers a salary of 1300 per month and we are ready to consider an immigrant with minimal work experience.

The main duties of this role include mixing ingredients according to recipes to create doughs, batters and icings; shaping dough into loaves or other forms; monitoring oven temperatures and baking times; rotating items for even baking; decorating cakes and other baked goods as needed; ensuring all baked products meet quality standards; maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area at all times.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent attention to detail when measuring ingredients, following recipes and checking finished products. They should also have knowledge of basic food hygiene practices as well as food safety regulations. Excellent organizational skills are necessary along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the production process.
