We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening job candidates, interviewing them, and making recommendations to the hiring team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300. We are open to considering applicants from abroad.

The main responsibilities of the Recruiter include:
• Developing and executing recruitment strategies to source and recruit qualified candidates
• Developing job postings and posting ads on relevant websites
• Screening resumes received in response to job postings, conducting initial phone interviews with qualified candidates, and scheduling follow-up interviews
• Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities
• Developing relationships with universities, professional associations, placement agencies, etc., to build a pool of potential candidates
• Conducting reference checks on potential hires
• Assisting in preparing job offers and onboarding new hires
• Assisting with other HR projects as needed.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting or related fields (such as HR or staffing). They should also have excellent communication skills, the ability to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of recruitment software is also preferred but not required.
