Security Manager (1400 KD)

Al-Kuwait is looking for a Security Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about providing the highest level of security to our organization and its customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day security operations of Al-Kuwait, including developing and implementing security plans, policies, and procedures; monitoring compliance with security standards; and overseeing the performance of security personnel.

The ideal candidate should have:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role;
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to think quickly and make decisions under pressure;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
