Job Title: Supervisor (Doha, Qatar)

Salary: 1500 QAR/month

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring quality customer service.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a team. They should have strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations in a calm and professional manner. The successful candidate must also be able to work in an environment with changing priorities, deadlines, customers, and employees.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Overseeing daily operations of the facility

- Supervising staff performance according to established policies and procedures

- Assisting with employee recruitment and training

- Evaluating employee performance on a regular basis

- Ensuring that customer service is of the highest quality at all times

- Developing strategies for increasing customer satisfaction

- Managing budgets and controlling costs

- Taking corrective action when needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

- 5+ years of relevant supervisory experience

- Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving skills

- Ability to motivate employees and lead a team

- Ability to handle difficult situations in a calm manner

- Experience with budgeting and cost control measures
