Job Description:

We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks at any given time.

Responsibilities include:
• Managing day-to-day operations and overseeing staff performance
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service
• Handling customer complaints in a professional manner
• Setting goals for staff members and evaluating their performance
• Developing and implementing plans to improve operational efficiency
• Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance and work hours
• Scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and ensuring staff fulfill their duties.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least one year of supervisory experience preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with no experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1400 QR/month (negotiable depending on experience). We are also open to considering applicants from abroad.
