Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial affairs of the organization including budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical and organizational skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
• Analyze financial information to forecast future trends
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and analysis
• Manage accounts payable/receivable functions, payroll processing and tax filing
• Maintain accurate books of accounts using accounting software
• Ensure compliance with local laws as well as international accounting standards
• Provide advice on strategies to improve profitability
• Monitor cash flow and account balances.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounting or related field preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), accounting software (QuickBooks), and ERP systems (SAP) required • Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze data accurately and efficiently required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team required • Attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy required

Salary & Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 USD per month plus benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, flexible working hours. We are also open to consider an immigrant for this position.
