Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying and excellent knowledge of surveying techniques.

The primary responsibility of the Land Surveyor is to measure the boundaries of properties and other structures, and prepare topographical plans for use in planning, construction, engineering, and other projects. Duties include determining the exact location of points, lines, boundaries, or elevations needed for maps or legal records; gathering data through field measurements; compiling data; performing calculations; and preparing reports and maps using specialized computer programs.

The Land Surveyor must be able to operate sophisticated surveying equipment such as GPS systems and electronic total stations. They must also possess excellent communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with colleagues on various projects.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience in land surveying
Excellent knowledge of surveying techniques and instruments
Ability to operate GPS systems and electronic total stations
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proven problem solving skills
