Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Dubai
Salary: 1000 AED

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering projects to ensure that they meet the goals and objectives set out by the company.

This position requires an individual who is able to work independently, has excellent problem-solving skills, and is highly organized with strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in project management, preferably in the Middle East region.

Responsibilities:
• Developing project plans, schedules, budgets and scope documents
• Creating and maintaining project documentation such as status reports
• Managing project risks and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully
• Liaising with stakeholders to ensure expectations are met
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Developing processes for effective monitoring of project progress

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role managing complex projects
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
