Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including scheduling shifts, resolving customer complaints, and overseeing staff performance
• Ensure that all safety and health regulations are followed
• Train new employees and oversee the development of existing staff
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction
• Monitor inventory of supplies, equipment, and order new items as needed
• Set goals for sales and profits, and develop plans to meet them
• Handle administrative duties such as reporting to management, maintaining employee records, etc.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or relevant role
• Experience with financial planning and budgeting for a restaurant
• Ability to handle stress in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• No prior experience necessary but preferred

Salary: 1100 AED per month. We are ready to consider foreigners for this position.
