Job Description:
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including ordering supplies, scheduling staff, monitoring expenses, ensuring high standards of customer service and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Developing strategies to increase customer base and ensure repeat business.
• Monitoring sales performance and analyzing trends to maximize revenue.
• Developing an efficient ordering system for food supplies while controlling costs.
• Supervising kitchen staff in the preparation of dishes in order to maintain quality standards set by the company.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles & regulations is essential.
• Must possess excellent organizational & problem-solving skills with an ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.
