Job Title: Teacher

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Teacher to join our team in El-Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a variety of courses to students of all ages. The successful applicant must have excellent communication and teaching skills, and be able to motivate and engage students.

Responsibilities:
• Develop lesson plans, assign homework, and grade tests/assessments in accordance with curriculum standards
• Create a safe environment for learning by observing all safety regulations and maintaining order in the classroom
• Maintain accurate student records, such as attendance, grades, test results, and progress reports
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching methods and materials that best meet the needs of students
• Utilize technology in the classroom where appropriate to create interactive learning activities
• Provide feedback on student performance to parents as needed
• Remain up-to-date on current educational trends and approaches
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Proven work experience as a teacher or instructor; experience teaching English is a plus • Excellent communication skills; must be able to interact effectively with students from diverse backgrounds
• Demonstrated ability to use technology in the classroom effectively; knowledge of online learning platforms is an advantage • Ability to motivate students and monitor their progress closely • Commitment to continuous learning by attending professional development workshops or courses when available
