We are currently looking for a HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position offers an attractive salary of 1000. We are open to considering applicants from abroad and those with no prior work experience.

The role of the HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources within the organization. This includes recruiting, hiring, training, and developing staff; maintaining employee records; administering benefits; conducting performance evaluations; ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations; and developing policies and procedures.

The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. They should possess strong leadership qualities and be able to motivate staff to meet goals. Knowledge of relevant labor laws is also advantageous.
