We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. We are offering a salary of 1100. The successful candidate will have 1 year of experience as an Executive Chef and must be willing to consider a foreigner for the role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen, developing menus, and ensuring all food is prepared in a timely and safe manner. They will also oversee all kitchen staff, including hiring, scheduling, and training them. In addition, they will be expected to ensure food quality meets company standards and create new recipes that are both innovative and cost-effective. They must also be able to manage costs effectively, develop budget plans, and ensure they are met.

The successful candidate should possess excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate their team. They should have excellent verbal communication skills with both back-of-house staff and front-of-house management personnel. A degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate would also possess 3 years minimum of experience in a similar role within a high-end hotel or restaurant setting.
