The job responsibilities include operating cranes safely; transporting heavy materials; loading and unloading items from trucks; maintaining crane logs; inspecting cranes for safety; following safety protocols at all times; coordinating with other workers when needed; and monitoring crane performance.

As a qualified candidate you must have at least 1 year of experience operating cranes. You should have excellent problem solving skills, be able to think on your feet in challenging situations, have effective communication skills, be able to handle stress well, and demonstrate attention to detail. You should also possess knowledge of applicable safety laws governing crane operation.
