Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Umm-al-Qaiwain, United Arab Emirates
Salary: 1700 AED per month
Job Type: Full Time

We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out land surveys and producing accurate plans and maps of the surveyed area.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Conducting field surveys to accurately measure and map land boundaries, features, and terrain
- Analyzing aerial photographs, land maps, deeds, physical evidence and other records in order to accurately identify boundaries of properties
- Drafting accurate plans and maps of surveyed areas using specialized software programs such as AutoCAD
- Preparing reports on survey findings for clients
- Maintaining records of survey results in order to keep detailed records of the surveyed areas
- Working with other professionals such as engineers, planners and architects in order to optimize results

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in surveying or equivalent experience. Previous experience with land surveying is an advantage. The successful candidate must also be able to work independently with strong organizational skills. Knowledge of AutoCAD and other related software is essential. We are willing to consider foreigners for this role.
