Supervisor – Al-Kuwait

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable, experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our organization and supervising staff. You will ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and according to company policies and procedures, while maintaining a safe and positive working environment. You will also be responsible for training and developing employees, providing feedback, evaluating performance, resolving conflicts and dealing with any other related issues.

Qualifications Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven leadership experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.
