Position: Accountant
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: 1700 AED
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have excellent financial acumen, strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy of financial reports.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Knowledge of accounting software packages, such as Quickbooks or Sage 50
• Experience with data entry, record keeping and financial reporting
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Open to foreign applicants with no experience
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities such as accounts receivable/payable, billing statements and reconciliations.
• Generate accurate financial reports including income statements, balance sheets and other reports as required.
• Prepare general ledger entries, journal entries, cash flow projections and other documents.
• Analyze financial discrepancies and recommend effective solutions.
• Monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support auditing processes by providing necessary information for auditors.
